Outreach to Pets in Need - OPIN is an all-volunteer registered 501(c)(3) non-profit serving the Stamford, CT area. Our mission is to promote adoption of homeless animals and provide assistance to pets in need through medical treatment, training, and education.

We offer a suite of welfare services including medical care, training, microchipping, and programs like SafePet for domestic violence situations and Pets for Patriots. We also facilitate low-cost spay/neuter options.

OPIN supports Stamford CT pets through comprehensive solutions to prevent pet homelessness and increase adoption rates.
