The Miami Dade County Community Cat Center provides a free Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) Program, an effective and humane way to stabilize the cat population in Cutler Bay, FL.
Residents can use their own traps or borrow them from Animal Services. Cats brought in receive sterilization, rabies vaccination, and a booster FRCPC vaccination before being ear-tipped for identification. Services include free feline surgery and vaccinations.
The program offers convenient drop-off locations including the Pets Thrive in 305 Community Cat Center and the Pet Adoption and Protection Center.
