The Humane Society of Vero Beach & Indian River County is dedicated to protecting, advocating for, and caring for animals in Vero Beach, FL. We strive to strengthen the human-animal bond within our community.

We offer a wide range of programs including adoption services for dogs and cats, wildlife rescue and rehabilitation, and a Pet Care Clinic providing affordable medical care.

Our Pawsitive Impact program is unique in that it supports struggling pet owners with resources to help them keep their pets at home where they belong. We are also Fear-Free Certified!
