Barb's Precious Rescue & Adoption Center is a non-profit organization specializing in cat rescue and adoption. We are located in Palatine, Illinois.

We offer comprehensive care for cats and kittens, including medical services at our new David Helt Veterinary Care Center, as well as assistance with finding the perfect forever home. Key services include wellness checks and feline surgery.

Barb's Precious Rescue is 100% volunteer staffed, making us a unique organization dedicated to maximizing your impact. We are also Fear-Free Certified!
