QCAWC is committed to operating a shelter for homeless animals, offering a spay and neuter program, and providing humane education in Milan IL.

We provide essential services such as the Spay/Neuter Program, Drive Up Curbside Wellness Clinic, and Mobile Vaccine Clinic.

QCAWC has saved 817 animals this year alone! We also sell low cost flea & heartworm preventatives at both of our locations!
