Bloomington Animal Shelter

Bloomington Animal Shelter, a division of the Department of Public Works, operates in Bloomington, IN and provides comprehensive animal care and control services to the city.

We offer a range of services including pet adoption, assistance with lost & found pets, and guidance on surrendering pets. We also provide resources for animal behavior help and respond to animal-related issues within city limits.

The shelter is dedicated to building a community where animals are valued and treated with kindness and respect through education, enforcement, and support.
