Welcome to ACARF Allen County Animal Rescue Facility, a dedicated nonprofit no-kill animal shelter located in rural La Harpe, Kansas.

ACARF rescues, rehabilitates, and finds loving homes for the lost and unwanted dogs and cats of our area. We work tirelessly to provide care and hope to vulnerable animals in southeast Kansas.
