Harlan County Animal Shelter

The Harlan County Animal Shelter is a non-profit volunteer organization serving Harlan County, Kentucky with a mission to prevent animal cruelty.

We assist in the care, adoption, and rescue of homeless animals. We also focus on educating the public about responsible pet ownership and the importance of spay/neuter programs.
