Welcome to P.A.L.S., a No Kill Cat Shelter located in Winthrop, Maine. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats.

We provide comprehensive Vet Services for our feline residents, ensuring they receive individualized medical care and nutritious meals.

At P.A.L.S., each cat enjoys spacious rooms to roam and interact, plus safe outdoor catios. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization relying on community support.
