San Felipe Pueblo Behavioral Health Program

The San Felipe Pueblo Health & Wellness Department is dedicated to providing comprehensive health services to the members of the Pueblo of San Felipe community in San Felipe Pueblo, NM.

We offer a wide range of programs including Pharmacy, CHR (Community Health Representative), Public Health Nursing, and Special Diabetes Program for Indians. These programs focus on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.
