Upstate Spay and Neuter is a 33-foot LaBoit mobile surgical unit providing reduced spay and neuter services in Ulster Park, NY.

We offer affordable spay/neuter surgeries for cats and small dogs (under 30 pounds), with vaccinations available at the time of surgery. Our mobile unit travels throughout Ulster, Greene, and Dutchess counties.

All animals require an appointment to be seen. We prioritize a healthy environment and cannot accept sick pets.
