Union County Animal Shelter

The Union County Animal Shelter is located in Monroe, NC, providing adoption services for animals in need.

We offer adoptions for both dogs and cats. The $85 adoption fee includes a well-check, initial vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter, and flea/tick prevention.

Adoption is same-day with your driver’s license and payment (cash, Visa or MasterCard). We encourage you to spend time getting to know the animal before adopting.
