Neighborhood Pets Outreach & Resource Center is dedicated to providing accessible low-cost resources and preventative care to pet owners in Cleveland, OH.

We offer a range of services including a Pet Food Pantry, low-cost vaccine clinics, spay/neuter programs, and assistance with emergency medical cases.

Over 85% of our clients cite cost as their primary barrier to pet care. We are able to provide these resources thanks to generous donations.
