Belmont County Animal Shelter is located in St Clairsville, OH, and is committed to saving the lives of stray and abandoned animals.

We provide care for dogs and cats, facilitating adoptions and working to reunite lost pets with their families. We also offer resources to protect people and pets from health-related issues.

Volunteers are key in uniting homeless shelter pets with loving families which is both exciting and rewarding! Please note In order to be approved for adoption all animals in the home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on core vaccines. We will verify this information with your vet.
