Animal Resource Center

The Animal Resource Center (ARC) is a no-kill, non-profit organization located in Millville, PA. We are dedicated to providing temporary shelter for homeless, abused, and neglected dogs and cats.

ARC offers services including animal sheltering, public education on pet care & welfare, and advocacy for animal rights. We focus on the spaying and neutering of pets to reduce unwanted animals.

Founded in 1999, ARC has grown thanks to dedicated volunteers and community support. We operate on 20 acres of donated land!
