Pet OverPopulation Prevention (POPP) TriCities is dedicated to providing a non-lethal solution to the problem of pet overpopulation in Pasco, WA.

We focus on offering low-cost spay and neuter options, as well as facilitating adoptions for rescue animals. POPP’s rescue animals are in need of a second chance.

POPP is mostly an all-volunteer organization, relying on a dedicated network to fulfill its mission.
