Johnson Creek Veterinary Services, Clinic

We offer geriatric care to ensure your beloved pet enjoys their golden years with dignity and comfort. This involves regular check-ups, screening tests, vaccinations, preventative care, specialized diets, medication for pain management, and a safe living environment.

We provide microchipping as a safe, quick, and permanent way to identify your pet in case they get lost or stolen. It is a crucial step in ensuring their safety and well-being, and we recommend keeping your pet’s microchip information up-to-date.

We have invested in a state-of-the-art in-house laboratory to provide comprehensive blood tests, urine analysis, parasite tests, and fecal exams. This allows us to quickly identify underlying health concerns like anemia, thyroid dysfunction, kidney disease, and diabetes for efficient treatment plans.

We utilize radiology as an important diagnostic tool involving X-rays, ultrasound, CT scans, and MRI scans to produce detailed images of your pet’s internal organs and structures. This helps us detect fractures, tumors, foreign objects, and assess heart and lung conditions for accurate diagnoses and targeted treatment plans.

We offer acupuncture as a non-invasive therapy increasingly used to promote healing and well-being in animals. This ancient Chinese medicine technique involves inserting thin sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy pathways, release painkillers, increase blood circulation, and provide relief from various conditions. We believe many animals can benefit greatly from acupuncture treatments.

We provide laser therapy, a non-invasive, pain-free, and drug-free treatment option that stimulates the body’s natural healing process. It reduces inflammation, pain, infection, and swelling in animals and is beneficial for musculoskeletal injuries, joint pain, arthritis, wound healing, nerve damage, and skin conditions. We tailor this versatile treatment to each animal's individual needs.

We provide health certificates required for pet travel to ensure your pet is healthy and free from infectious diseases. These documents demonstrate you’ve taken steps to protect your pet and other animals, confirm their fitness for travel, and comply with international regulations.

We offer quality of life exams to help our team and you understand how well your pet is doing and whether they are happy and comfortable.
