HART for Animals, Inc.

HART for Animals, Inc. is a unique animal facility located on 6.5 acres in the mountains of Western Maryland near Deep Creek Lake and WISP Resort. We are dedicated to saving the lives of companion animals through rescue and adoption.

We offer full-service veterinary care, including wellness exams, boarding, grooming, and now arthroscopic surgery for pets needing joint care. Our practice supports our Adoption Wing which houses up to 60 dogs and 40 cats.

HART for Animals is a Fear-Free Certified facility committed to providing a stress-free experience for your furry friend. We are proud to use 84% of all revenue to support our mission programs.
