Monroe County Animal League

The Monroe County Animal League (MCAL) is a non-profit animal rescue organization located in Union, West Virginia dedicated to helping homeless cats and dogs.

We offer services including fostering, affordable spay/neuter surgeries, and adoption of vetted animals. All animals are spayed or neutered prior to adoption.

MCAL is a network of foster homes, meaning we do not have a physical shelter location. We routinely transport animals to reputable partners in higher-demand areas.
