Hancock County Humane Foundation

The Hancock County Humane Foundation has been serving the animals of Hancock County for over 30 years. We are located in New Cumberland, WV.

We focus on cat adoptions, placing over 200 cats into forever homes annually through adoption events and appointments. We also provide a pet food pantry to the community.

The Foundation is committed to reducing the number of unwanted litters by providing information about low-cost spay & neuter services in the area.
