The Eau Claire Community Humane Association (ECCHA) is dedicated to promoting the well-being and protection of all domestic pets and small agricultural animals in Eau Claire, WI.

We offer a variety of services to help support pet owners and our animal population, including humane officer assistance, pet transitional living programs, and microchipping.
